Assessment Services: How It Works

1) Send me an Enquiry: Your first step is to hit the Contact Me Now button and send me an email. I will contact you back and arrange a short call to discuss your needs. 

2) Pre-Assessment Information: Fill out various questionnaires regarding your symptoms, and ensure your 'Informer' completes their questionnaires as well. Your 'Informer' could be a parent, partner, or someone else who can share insights about your symptoms from childhood and adulthood.

3) Clinical Interview/Assessment: You will have a video appointment with Rachel, which will last approximately 2 hours. During this clinical interview, you will discuss your experiences and may undergo additional screening tools to identify any possible conditions that could be present.

4) Reporting: After your assessment, you will receive a comprehensive report detailing any relevant diagnosis if applicable. This report includes recommendations for further referrals and potential treatments to help manage your symptoms. It will be sent to your GP, as required for the assessment, and can serve as evidence for any applications for assistance in education or employment.
